Performed works:

— Functioning as the head commissioning contractor.
— Coordination of all participants of commissioning, including equipment suppliers.
— Development, coordination and approval of organisational and technical documentation.
— Analysing project documentation and documentation of equipment suppliers.
— Acceptance of main equipment at Siemens plants. Participation in acceptance of equipment from installation.
— Participation in hydraulic and pneumatic testing of individual technological zones, sections, systems.
— Participation in flushing or purging of individual process zones or process sections of the thermal scheme.
— Participation in the work of acceptance committees, acceptance tests and inspection control at the construction site and on the equipment suppliers’ site.
— Double coding of Siemens equipment units (devices, cables) in full, in accordance with the Customer’s specifications, and filling of SPI database. Development of coding procedure (numbering of equipment units) in terms of missing sections (parts, elements, equipment, etc.) as required by the Customer and based on its technical specifications for numbering of equipment units.
— Verification of node-by-node comprehensive readiness of functional units for start-up.
— Participation in handing over functional systems to supervisory authorities (Rostechnadzor, Rospotrebnadzor, Emercom), as well as in obtaining relevant permits.
