— Consideration, analysis of design and detailed documentation, development of the commissioning project.
— Full scope of commissioning works on the equipment of double-blocks No. 1–2 and equipment of auxiliary facilities of double-blocks.
— Comprehensive commissioning of 110 kV outdoor switchgear (reconstruction).
— Coordination of all participants of commissioning, participation in the acceptance committees.
— Commissioning and testing of heat, water treatment, chemical water treatment, and electrical equipment.
— Incoming control and calibration of I&C in laboratory, including all local ACS and building systems (ventilation, air conditioning, heating, etc.).
— Round-the-clock supervision of leading specialists during start-up operations at the equipment.
— Comprehensive testing, warranty testing of gas turbines, steam heat recovery boilers, steam turbine units and double units as a whole, testing for commissioning of the facility.
