Performed works:

— Comprehensive works on commissioning and start-up of various contractors and suppliers.
— Development of a package of normative and technical documentation on fuel use (normative energy characteristics, graphs of initial-nominal specific fuel consumption, layout of norms of consumption and fuel saving (overconsumption)) of the power unit equipment with a positive conclusion of expertise.
— Management, control, collection and verification of test reports of commissioning works performed by installation companies involving relevant specialists from equipment suppliers (manufacturers), if necessary.
— Regular on-site meetings (on commissioning and start-up) with representatives: E&C, contractors, suppliers and the power station to inform all of the major activities planned for the near future (over the week).
— Accumulating and archiving all commissioning documentation (build up Dossier).
— Development and issue of the detailed design of the boiler chemical cleaning circuits, as well as organisation of supervision of the installation works, in particular: temporary schemes, links between existing equipment and temporary schemes, electrical scheme to be used for power supply and pump control, including emergency (power failure), detailed procedure (programme) and schedule, acceptance criteria (to be agreed with the Customer and boiler manufacturer).
