Completed works:

— Performance of the functions of the head commissioning organization;
— Technical management of conducting individual tests on the main and auxiliary equipment;
— Conducting VHO KU. Acceptance from installation to commissioning of the power unit equipment;
— PNR on thermal and mechanical equipment, including GTU commissioning, PNR on electrical equipment of the 110 kV ORU, OUT, 6 kV KRU, and 0.4 kV RUSH, PNR on general station equipment and systems, PNR on instrumentation and automation equipment of Power Unit No. 4. PNR on automated process control equipment;
— Adjustment of the VKR and HVO equipment;
— Commissioning of the launch complex;
— Development of a test program, measurement scheme, and scope, as well as a methodology for developing correction curves to convert the actual measured power of the power unit to nominal parameters;
— Mode-setting tests of the power unit's technological equipment in the entire operational load range, with the preparation of documentation for the development of regulatory energy characteristics;
— Development of a package of regulatory and technical documentation on fuel use (normative energy characteristics, graphs of initial and nominal specific fuel consumption, layout of fuel consumption and savings (overconsumption) standards) for power unit equipment with a positive expert opinion.
