accumulation, transportation, treatment, disposal and deposition of waste (including handling) in accordance
with regulations, and geodetic works.
— Full range of earthworks (soil development, soil replacement, backfilling, soil compaction, soil relocation,
storage of fertile soil).
— Installation of bored piles, incl: Drilling 1560 boreholes with diameters of 800–1000 mm, depth down to 22 m,
installation of casing pipes, manufacture and installation of reinforcement frames, concreting.
— Determination of continuity (homogeneity) of concrete (monolithic reinforced concrete structures) of bored piles
by non-destructive testing method, including provision of testing methodology to the Customer.
— Cutting of pile heads (slurry layer removal), including piles after static tests.
— Installation of embedded parts for cable entries and other communications.
— Concrete preparation.
— Installation, including assembly and levelling of anchor baskets (anchor baskets: Customer’s tolling
material under Annex 4 hereto).
— Formwork construction, construction of internal grounding circuit of the foundation (tolling material
of the Customer according to Annex 4 hereto).
— Reinforcement and concreting of foundations for 78 WPU, concrete volume 39702 m³.
— Arrangement of waterproofing, external grounding circuit of foundations.
— A set of measures to install an anti-swelling gap.
— Construction of 78 assembly and storage platforms.

— Comprehensive protection of existing engineering networks (including development and coordination of the method
statement with the Customer and the owner of existing networks, obtaining written consent for works from the owner
of existing networks).

— 120 km of cable trenches for 35 kV power cables.
— Performing a range of construction and assembly, electrical installation and commissioning works covering 35kV,
0.4kV and fibre-optic communication lines (FOCL), foundations for the wind farm and diesel generator unit (DGU)
control module, installation of the wind farm and DGU control module, creation of commercial automated electricity
metering systems (CAEMS), automated process control system (APCS), system of process information exchange
with the system operator automated system (PIES SOAS), communication networks, video surveillance, remote
access control system (RACS), fire safety system (FSS), warning and evacuation control system (WACS), process
information collection centre (PICC), loudspeaker communication (LSC), emergency registration (ERS), guaranteed
power supply system (GPSS).

Equipment

Wind power unit type W126-3.8 MW manufactured by VESTAS (Denmark): 78 pieces.
— Wind power units of V126-3.8 MW model are completed with generators with rated voltage 0.75 kV,
U = 0.75/0.65 kV converters, 35/0.65 kV power transformers, WPU auxiliary equipment and 35 kV complete
gas-insulated switchgear (GISG).
