Works:

— Functioning as the head commissioning organisation, coordination and control of all subcontractor commissioning organisations.
— Full range of commissioning and testing of heat and electrical equipment, I&C, S&CV, APCS, all local ACS, engineering systems.
— Functioning of operational personnel.
— Development of protection setpoint maps for thermal and electrical equipment, process interlocks, ATS and alarms as per the Customer’s form and coordination (approval) with the Customer’s operating personnel.
— Tests and trials for compliance of the equipment with design criteria and factory specifications (technical specifications).
— Comprehensive testing and necessary tests of generating equipment and determination of system-wide technical parameters and characteristics of generating equipment to the extent required for commissioning of capital construction facilities.
— Warranty testing and mode adjustment.

Performed works:

— Chemical cleaning and steam blowing of the HP steam line and Boiler 3.
— Drying of boiler lining of boilers No. 1, 2.
— The first incineration of MSW was performed.
— Energised under 110 kV outdoor switchgear together with surge current limiter.
— Trial placement of the PTU on WTP was performed.
— The following auxiliary systems of the plant were put into operation: compressed air system, feed water system, water treatment plant, feed deaeration plant, feed water system, 10 kV diesel generator set, process cycle make-up system.
— Boiler 3 ash conveyors and plant conveyors were launched.
— Grapple cranes for transferring MSW have been put into operation.
— Commissioning works are in progress: on vacuum condensation unit, main condensate system, low pressure steam system, closed cooling system, hydraulic station of Boiler 3.
— Preparations for the first start-up of the steam turbine are underway.
— Flushing of hydraulic systems of boilers No.1, 2, 3.
— Commissioning of RPA generator unit.
